Created in collaboration with two-Michelin-starred Chef Mickael Viljanen of Chapter One Dublin, the LiftOff Sharp Palette Knife is the first of its kind. With a uniquely sharpened 2mm edge that runs the entire way around the blade, it gives you the freedom to plate, spread, lift and cut - making it a truly multipurpose tool for the modern kitchen. 

Its 2mm stainless steel sharpened edge performs double duty: gliding effortlessly for delicate plating, while offering the ability to cut with precision. The offset shape allows you to move with intent and accuracy, whether you’re smoothing a purée, lifting a delicate garnish, or making a precise cut.
