This is a very high quality palette knife. It has a very nice heft and feels great in your hand. Not all chefs care a lot about form over function but for me I want both. I even had it engraved which I can't see without my glasses. No matter, I know it's there. Very pricey but worth it.
Completamente enamorada ❤️ sus productos son perfectos, fiel consumidora

Very light and also sturdy. It feels very comfortable while using it. I love it!!

Very nice looking, and so useful for my work . Very recommend and probably be back to get other tools.
Bellissimi utensili, molto versatili. Consigliatissimi
Great tools for any passionate chef.
Second palette knife I bought. Probably my favourite product oui chef behind their tweezers. So sturdy I don't think I will need to buy another for a good while.
Sceptical at first as I usually buy cheaper alternatives, but after trying this palette knife I won't go back to that. Perfect angle and sturdy construction makes sure they don't bend. I'm yet to try oui chef product I didn't love.
Fantastic service, my Son-in-law was over the moon with his Christmas gift! Thank you

Really nice weight and flex 💪
Blown away with the quality and customer service, spatula is super light and flexible, feels super natural in the hand!
Super duper solid build, I love it. For measurements sake its around 20cm, 11cm for the blade part and 9 cm handle if you want perspective!
Great quality tool and used for first time to make my son's Birthday cake, sorry but he could not wait..... Highly recommended.
Beautiful product. The right amount of flexibility and weight. The thin tip of the palette knife makes it so easy to flip any food.
Second purchase of one of these, this time engraved with GF to help identify it for Gluten free foods. Looks great and feels great to use.
only one word… FANTASTIC
Super offset spatula, really good quality, I use it everyday, I really like it. Everybody should have one in their bag!

Great Add!… beautiful little knife, perfect size for plating… love the offset handle and the flexible (but not too flexible) blade. Well done Oui Chef!
